	Our deluxe rooms feature two double beds, individual heat and air, private baths, glider rockers, your own parking space, and some with back doors to our setting area which look over the Ogunquit River.

Our Queen Rooms feature all of the amentities of our deluxe rooms. Some of them have a screened-in porch that overlooks the river.
All of our rooms are equipped with color/cable television, radio, telephone, refrigerator, hair dryer, and coffee maker.
