- No refund for bad weather or early departures.
- One night’s deposit is required at time of booking, balance due upon arrival
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Traveler’s Checks or Cash
- Deposits by personal checks are accepted if received at least 10 days prior to arrival
- Children 8 and under stay at no extra charge in parents room
- Additional guests (age 9 and older) will be added $15 per person (up to the legal limit for the room)
- If canceled up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation fee in the amount of $25 USD will be deducted from your refund. If canceled 10 days or less prior to arrival or in case of no-show, there is no refund.
- There will be NO REFUND for early departure and cancelation received for same day arrival. Guest will be charge full amount of reservation.
We will try to accommodate any special requests, if available, with prior notification. Please call or send a separate email stating requests when making your reservation.
Smoking of any type is NOT allowed in any rooms, porches, bathrooms, hallways, entryways or too close to rooms. There will be a significant fee if smoke is detected in a room. Designated outdoor covered smoking areas are provided.
No pets are allowed in the rooms or on the premises.
A two or three night stay will be required on holidays/weekends (rates will be higher on holidays/weekends). If only one night is needed (additional charges will be applied ).
Parking is free for one vehicle per room. Sorry you can not leave your car after check out.
